Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by her Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother. She is a well-known actress on television. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. Then she began moving to Texas to pursue a physical therapy career at the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time prior to moving to Orlando Florida. She took part in many different kinds of character roles including local independent films and commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love in the field of acting even in minor role. Then she moved to New York in 2001 and landed her very first acting job as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. Milano. Her older sister Cory has a ten year old brother who is older than her. Her family was very traditional and religious one. Milano was first introduced to acting at age seven old. Babysitters took her along for the first audition. Milano was among four girls selected out of over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano was featured on television in commercials and off Broadway productions, including a musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
